- KWKelcie WarrenOct 5, 20254.0I have had my Juna Sleep Systems mattress for just over a year. The mattress is very comfortable and the guarantee is outstanding. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the weight of the mattress. The men who delivered it informed me it weighs 150 lbs which may not be an issue for many, but for me it is way too much. I am 77, live alone and have arthritis in both of my hands and a bum shoulder. I have a terrible time lifting the mattress enough to tuck the sheets and blankets under the ends and corners which I didn't have with my previous mattress. When I called to see if there was any other mattress in the store that was lighter weight, I was told my mattress was one of if not the lightest. If the weight of the mattress had been shared with me when I went in to the store, I probably would have looked elsewhere for lighter mattresses.

I can't say enough great things about this bed. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when picking out the bed. The installation crew were very polite and respectful.

We were impressed with the warranty and the ability to have our bed, and even pillows, refitted to our liking whenever desired. Our sleep has never been better, and we would suggest anyone considering a new bed, visit a JUNA store and give their beds a look.
