The corn dog we ordered my son couldn’t eat cause it was burnt but all in all was a good experience. She helped me with refills knowing it was hard to do anything with a wondering 2yr old. She filled me In on rules and helped me get the waiver signed. She truly made this visit the best. We will be back soon. Thanks Sammy! The world needs more graceful ppl like Sammy..

In May 2025, we celebrated my Goddaughter’s 7th birthday at Jump Time, and it was everything I hoped for and more. 💖 Her theme was *hearts*, and the amazing staff went above and beyond by giving us the red room and decorating it to match her theme. The room looked so beautiful, I almost didn’t want anyone to touch a single balloon! ❤️ I splurged and got the biggest birthday package for my baby, and it was worth every penny. The package included a host to assist throughout the party — and let me tell you, that made all the difference! Our host was attentive, organized, and made sure everything ran smoothly so I could focus on celebrating instead of stressing. 🙌 Seeing all the kiddos having the best time celebrating my baby’s 7th birthday truly brought joy to my heart. I don’t have many photos to share — between hosting, laughing, and soaking in the moment, I forgot to snap pictures — and the few I did take have other children in them, so I won’t post those publicly. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean and well-organized, and every single child left smiling and tired — which is the mark of a *great* party in my book! 🎈 Thank you, Jump Time, for helping us create such a memorable and joyful celebration. 💕

They make it very easy to party with them and I think the packages are very affordable. They are also flexible on the day of if things don’t go exactly as planned with your party guests. Facility is clean, kids have a blast, and there’s plenty of seating for adults which is great!

Are socks required at Jump Time?
Socks are mandatory for all participants in our play areas. If you or your children forget to bring socks, we offer them for sale at our reception desk.
What is the age limit?
Jump Time welcomes children of all ages. Parents or guardians are encouraged to join in or assist younger children. We also provide a dedicated area for toddlers who aren't quite ready for the main jumping zones.
At what age are children charged?
Children are charged for admission starting from their first birthday. The first accompanying parent enters free with a paid child. Your admission fee covers all-day access to our facilities.
Do we have to schedule a time to come?
No scheduling is necessary for open jump sessions. You're welcome to visit during our operating hours, and your admission includes unlimited access to our park for the entire day.
What is Cosmic Night?
Cosmic Night is our special program featuring black lights, disco lights, and popular music. It provides a secure environment where parents can drop off their teenagers for an evening of jumping, arcade games, and socializing with friends.
Is each guest, including adults, required to have a completed/signed waiver?
For insurance reasons, all visitors entering our open play area must have a signed waiver on file. For minors under 18, a parent or guardian must complete and sign the waiver. We offer online waivers through our website for convenience, and all waivers remain valid for one year.
Can I bring my own food or drinks?
You're permitted to bring your own cake or cupcakes. However, for other meals, we kindly ask that you use our menu options. Please note that there's a $25 fee for bringing outside food into our facility.
Can I book a party at a Jump Time location?
Absolutely! Our staff is available during business hours to assist you with all aspects of party planning and booking.
Can I bring my own goodie bags and/or decorations?
You're welcome to bring your own goodie bags and decorations. However, we recommend exploring our party favor options, which offer a variety of fun items at competitive prices. To maintain our party rooms, we don't allow wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, or piatas. When purchased through us, our staff will handle all decorations and goodie bags, allowing parents more freedom to enjoy the party.
What if I need to reschedule my party?
You can reschedule your party without charge up to 14 days before the event. After this period, a $50 rescheduling fee applies. Please note that changing either the date or time of your party is considered rescheduling.
