  My son had an incredible birthday celebrating with his friends, thanks to the amazing bounce house we chose! Setup and takedown were a breeze, communication was seamless from start to finish, and the crew was absolutely top-notch. Highly recommend this company — we’ll definitely be booking with them again!

  The trackless train was a major hit. They kept a line the whole event. The children would ride, then get in line to ride again. The staff was on time, friendly and easy to work with. We even had the Radical Rocking Climbing, and the adults enjoyed this as much as the children. Will definitely book Jump Around VA for my companies future events.

  We had a giant bouncy castle set up at potters cidery for a wedding. It was a blast. It added levity, no pun intended, to the event. You guys did a great job. Everything happened on time and seamlessly. Thank you!

  This was our second time renting and they did not disappoint! We rented the obstacle course that was about 30 feet long. It was perfect for the birthday party! Ages from 4-14 all loved it! They arrived and set up and took down at the time they said they would. Very easy and made the party a hit! Thank you so much!

  Jump Around is absolutely AWESOME! We contracted with them for our church's annual Fall Festival. All the items we rented--inflatables, popcorn, and cotton candy--were top-notch. Delivery and pick-up occurred exactly when quoted. Customer service, both on the phone and on site, were excellent. Dealing with Heather and Tori on the phone was a delight. Staff members Seth, Levi, Sam, and Ishmael, who delivered and picked up, were outstanding in every way: extremely knowledgeable, helpful, capable, and friendly. We faced the thing everyone dreads when planning an outdoor festival: a forecast of all-day rain. Jump Around was extremely accommodating, working with us to move what we could inside and canceling the rest. We have dealt with other companies in the past, but I just booked our annual festival for next year with Jump Around and intend to do so in the future, with the full backing of everyone on the festival committee and church. Thank you, Jump Around! I am so grateful we found such a fabulous company with which to do business.
