  Can I just say how pleasantly refreshing it is to be able to talk to a REAL, LIVE agent for your insurance needs instead of having to figure things out for yourself online or speak to someone in another country who has no idea what they're talking about? I am so lucky to have found Julie Montenegro's State Farm agency - one of the few car insurance companies who still have real people answer the phone...and whom you don't have to wait on hold for hours or go through a labyrinth of following prompts. The agent KRISTINA was so helpful and patient in providing me quotes for a possible new car purchase. She was cheerful, personable and had a clear understanding of my needs. If you are looking for car insurance, look no further than Julie Montenegro's State Farm agency. The prices will be the the same as Geico, Mercury, etc., but you will get personalized service from real people.

  At a time when it can be difficult to get in touch with a real human being when contacting customer service, I can't tell you how shocking and reassuring it is to have Julie, Karina, or Kristina pick up the phone on the first ring. They are so kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help!

  Amazing customer service. Mellisa has been helping me with tremendous patience, executing, or answering any question(s) I may have relating to my policy. She has taken the time to build a professional rapport with me. I wouldn’t trade Mellisa’s work ethic and professional courtesy for another affordable insurance company.
