Our process includes more consultation time than most, as we believe no one knows how you live better than you. She said ok, and since we were going out of town, we could return it when we got back. After 6 phone calls with messages, several texts, and 3 emails, over the course of a couple of weeks, we never once heard back from her. I was left with a $500 rug, and ended up giving it to one of my kids. My husband and I were very frustrated and disappointed in her service, and surprised, too, since she was recommended by a mutual friend who had her help with their decorating. I would have to say, BEWARE, if you’re thinking of using Julian Design!
