If I could give zero stars, I would. After just one month, my car insurance premium increased by $500, and three months later my policy was cancelled — with no notification whatsoever. I only found out because State Farm sent me letters. Their customer service was helpful only at the moment I bought the policy; after that, I was completely on my own.

I reached out to Lisa at State Farm in Federal way branch after I tried multiple other vehicle insurance company’s and prior to speaking with Lisa at State Farm insurance I was sincerely getting discouraged about my auto insurance dilema that being said she let me vent and is a great listener very patient and sim pathetic to my prior horrible experiences this whole last few weeks I was in a situation that I really needed good advice and direction on what I needed in my auto insurance policy not only did she save me money but also was able to add more coverages that every one else did not even try to or ask if I needed additional coverage please reach out to her if u need help thank you again for the none agresive sales pitch that everyone doesnt do, Lisa you have changed how I see auto insurance again god bless!
