  Heard an advertisement on the radio literally this morning to call today for a pool opening. Great, that's exactly what I need! Called today and, after sitting on hold, was told they aren't offering pool opening services at this time.

  I started going here years ago because they were really knowledgeable, went this year it's a bunch of kids, we wanted to get sample done and kid laughed before he did it and then explained nothing just gave us paper and walked away, kinda aggravating cause I went to them for everything

  Worst customer service ever and full of empty promises. We paid for our pool in early April and found out Memorial Day weekend people who paid for their pool in May were getting their pools installed before the holiday weekend. Btw we were told our pool was in the back in April so it was all about the install. Instead of putting us 1st the next available day they decided to just cut a check. Wow what a great way to run your business. I’d highly recommend going somewhere else. You will be happy you did.
