  I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience with JRT Roofing. After comparing several quotes for a standing seam aluminum roof, JRT came in significantly lower than competitors. Their social media showcased impressive work, and they provided several homes as references. However, a couple had already been re-roofed, and the others did not reflect the same level of quality shown online. Despite some initial concerns—such as not measuring the roof before requesting a 70% upfront payment—I proceeded after confirming that materials would be delivered before tear-off. Once the project began, it took nearly two months to complete. The crew initially assigned did not appear experienced, and there was no on-site foreman as promised. After raising concerns, a more experienced team was eventually sent, and improvements were made. While the final result looks better, it still does not match the workmanship shown in their promotional materials or their social media accounts. Communication and scheduling were challenging throughout the process, which added stress for our household. Although they’ve assured us the roof won’t leak, the overall experience did not meet our expectations.
