  I would give no stars if I could. I was contacted regarding my dad's estate after his passing. They want to handle his property. I quite honestly feel it is a disgusting business practice to look for estates in probate and call the grieving family in what is likely a move to make a quick buck flipping property. Disgusting business practice. Paul mcGee is nothing but a shark. When I call I was not even given an apology, he just hung up on me.

  When I delisted my home with a different realtor an agent with JP & Associates texted me saying they had an interested buyer. After wasting much of my morning coordinating a time to show the home, it became very evident that the agent was just cold calling me to see if I'd list my home with them. This is a deceptive way of first engaging people and unprofessional at the very least. I will never buy or sell a house if JP & Associates represents either party.
