  If there’s one thing I have learned as a first time home buyer is to trust the process and not let a disappointment discourage you from moving forward. I am very pleased to say Karen McDermott is one of the best realtor agent I have come across. Not only did she go all the way for us but she made sure we got our dream home as a first time home buyer. Our first deal fell apart due to a very poor and bad unprofessional service from the mortgage company( Best suited mortgage) so never use that mortgage company but Karen through for us, making sure we get something more better and ensuring we don’t go through the-same frustration again. In Our second attempt in buying our home, We picked a home remotely and she check out the house in person did all the necessary paper work for us and all we did was come all the way from Virginia to Dallas TX and close on the home. Seeing the house for the very first time it was so lovely 😊 I mean who buys their first hole without going to see it in person but I did because Karen is just the best in what she does. I still can’t believe I was able to buy my dream home without even having to travel back and forth to check out the home in person but Karen did it all for us and I am glade I trusted her with the process and she came through for us. One thing for sure is Karen will ensure you get the best of the best. She is very professional, a good listener, detailed orientated, very welcome and will do anything just see her client happy with what they get. Oh did i mention she was able ensure will close under 21 days and we got the best home present from her. She will get you the best deal in the market. With her you are bound to get your dream home 🏡.
