He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and really helped me navigate a stressful time. I went to JP Auto Body in Redwood City to get a quote, expecting it might require repainting the panels and cost thousands. Ray, the adjuster, inspected the chips and instead of pushing me toward an expensive repair, he told me to come back the next day and they would touch it up for free. The next day, they followed through exactly as promised. The touch-up work looks fantastic—you can hardly notice where the chips were. I really appreciate their honesty, professionalism, and generosity. It’s rare to find a body shop that puts the customer’s best interest first rather than trying to upsell.
