On behalf of our entire family, we would like to express our most sincere thanks and gratitude for the way Jowett funeral home took care of our sister’s funeral arrangements and cremation. From the beginning to end, our family received the best care, compassion and respect a family could receive. A special thanks to Cathy at Jowett’s New Haven location. Her guidance through the entire process was nothing short of amazing. Her professionalism made it easier to get through our difficult time. We will not hesitate in the future, when in need, to call on Jowett Funeral Home again.

I will never use nor reccomend Jowett New Haven.. Felt like I was walking on eggshells.. My 30 yr old son was laid out there.. Well a visitor did a burnout in the back lot and the directors were yelling asking for the name of the person.. When they found out he was a cousin to my son's wife they said they would charge my daughter in law for damage done to the asphalt from the burnout.. Then a lil while after that a friend of my older sons came in and sat down with my older son.. He was there for support of his best friend and to say good bye .. Well within 5 minutes of my son's friend sitting down a male director walks up quietly and pulls his sports jacket to the side and shows his holsters pistol and badge and say this guy has to leave.. Then after the viewing and short service were over my older son was waiting in the doorway from lobby area into the viewing area and the male director grabbed my son by the arm trying to push away.. My son spoke up and said he was moving til his mom and daughter were done saying their final good bye.. They were very rude people..
