  We had the most wonderful experience working with Jovial. We walked in to the shop thinking that we needed a new fireplace insert. After describing our problem to Joe, he said "Lets try to fix it, let my son give it a try." It was not an easy job, and parts were so hard to come by, but their persistence and patience paid off! It's so rare to find such a hard working, honest team! We would recommend them 1000%!!!

  I can't say enough great things. I had a unique situation where almost no one would respond or be helpful. Joe showed up, had a great suggestion, and am very happy with the process start to finish. Would highly recommend!

  Jovial Stove was recommended to me by a community member. I gave them a call to setup an appointment to have our fireplace inspected (we were getting smoke in the house). Joe came by a few days later and gave me a few options. We ended up going with a fireplace insert. A few days later the guys were on site installing it. We made a small fire yesterday (to allow the paint to fully cure) and everything worked well. While I do miss having a big open fireplace the inserts are extremely efficient. It held heat for a long time, even with such a small fire. Great service and quick turn around! We'll be using Jovial to service both our fireplaces in the future (since we have 2 fireplaces)
