We were referred to Josh London State Farm in Leland by our neighbor. We have spoken with Kelly regarding our condo. policy and most recently with Josh on our auto insurance. They are very personable and listen to what you want for coverage. They explain everything to you so you understand exactly what you are purchasing. We like knowing there is someone to talk with face-to-face on any questions or incidents that might may come up. They really care about their clients.

Being new to North Carolina, I was hesitant with placing my AUTO\HO\UMB policies with a local independent insurance agent since I used State Farm most of my life in NY. I decided to go with The Josh London State Farm agency and have not been disappointed. The staff is great and they do listen to your questions, answer with prompt replies, and do provide a fair and reasonable price. It's reassuring to know that my insurance coverage is updated and the team at the Josh London State Farm office are really looking out for the customer. A special shout out to Heather at the office.
