I’m glad more people are recording state farm with their shady behavior. I dealt with this office personally. I’ve recorded four phone calls from them. I’m glad with YouTube and friends statefarm is showing their issues and colors. My personally example was being told by someone you don’t owe anything this month. I had the money to pay and they said the system doesn’t show anything and the one saying don’t worry explaining it won’t happen. Then I get a form saying I owe double what I pay. Because I was late cause I never paid last month. When I called they kept saying it was the systems fault. But for my job when I send a faulty transmission. I can’t say “ the system was acting up” I take the accountability and put it to the side so I could work on said “ system” this happened twice to me and then once to my spouse. I’m glad my father got me with All state. They come over and even with the shingles of my house they came over and handled it the same day. I was worried cause I saw three statefarm videos where they did not want to be recorded and ran away when the cameras were filming. @frantzthekid is one that blew up! Thanks to his video I now make sure to record everything. Especially when one employee from this office said “ oh you’re recording?” Yes doesn’t everyone record their calls to corporate? Don’t they say they also record us? This modern age where everyone has power. Lastly I worked one month for an insurance company and I can’t believe how many people truly are greedy and will purposely ruin others this is prime America I’m talking about.
