  I had been having ongoing issues with my dryer and researched to find someone knowledgeable and experienced to resolve or determine that it was time to replace. Joseph discovered the problem and quickly replaced the part that was the culprit. His assessment and knowledge of appliances and their associated parts was of great value and if ever I have another appliance issue, he's on my speed dial. I highly recommend him and also mention that his charges are very fair. An honorable and honest man committed to his profession.

  Jospeh was very knowledgeable and had to run through a lot of scenarios before he figured out the problem. He had the part on hand. Very professional and just a nice person! I will definitely use him again! Thank you!!!!
