  The Team at Joseph C Hazel’s installed our Ductless Heat Pump System and did a fabulous job! The job was completed in a very efficient and timely manner. The staff is friendly and prompt, and the arrival times were well estimated. Follow up yearly service was also a breeze. We could not be happier with the process, the product, and their service!   I want to thank Ed and Vernon for solving the drainage problem in my bathtub and also for putting new fixtures in my tub. I have no idea what I would have done without their guidance. I had wanted new fixtures for my tub, but I didn't know exactly what brand, shape, or color I should purchase. Ed had taken time out of his busy schedule to make phone calls to find me exactly what I wanted. I needed my drain problem solved, but the day that Vernon arrived to install the drain I did not yet have the materials needed for the installation. So, Vernon made a special trip that very day to get the parts needed, and in no time, he was back with the materials and my drain problem was solved. I greatly appreciate their excellent service and patience that they showed toward a novice plumber like me.

  The serviceman from Hazel's was friendly, informative and fixed the issue quickly. He also took the time to explain a few items regarding the water softener itself, as well as things to look out for that would indicate end-of-life for the unit. Highly recommend!

  Brian and his team were great to work with and extremely honest! Brian was able to fix my A/C Unit in Lock Haven in under 30 minutes. This work was done about 2 years ago and I have not had another problem since. I had another company (W.C Kitchen) come out and said it was unfixable and recommended I buy a new unit from them and of course they wanted to replace it the next day. So happy Joseph C. Hazel was able to help! The lady on the phone was extremely pleasant as well. I believe her name was Christina!
