  I’ve had a very frustrating experience with State Farm agent Jose Olguin. He refused to resolve a billing issue involving my September payment, first claiming it wasn’t received and then later confirming that it was — yet I’m still being overcharged. He has hung up on me, ignored my emails, and failed to follow up or offer any real help. This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. I expected better from State Farm and from a licensed agent representing their brand.

  It's great working with Jose. He is truly knowledgeable about every aspect of what he does and he makes sure to take care of you. Definitely call Jose when you need insurance and you won't regret it.
