Last fall they installed my insert and I had to learn the ropes of burning it. Nearly, since birth, (65) now, I have always had a fireplace. I went through a full cord pulse some, last year and ended up with our last fire a week ago. The chimney was nearly spotless. He said two years or two cords later give him a call to sweep and further baseline the stoves performance. I am very happy with their service, friendliness and good prices.
