  My furnace went out over the weekend (of course) and these guys still had someone at my house within the hour. Chris was very knowledgeable and had my furnace back up and running within minutes! I'm not familiar with hvac, but he took the time to explain to me what happened and why. Overall great customer service!

  Had a bathroom remodel taking place, contractor immediately stated we had a propane leak & called which they did find a leak under the house & repaired. We called them back 2 other times as we could still smell propane but they told me there was no leak. They brought 3 guys the last time & swore there was no leak. So we let it go thinking they must be right but occasionally smelling that smell. I have a kitchen remodel scheduled for the next spring, (almost a year later), same contractor comes in & swears he smells propane again. I told them we had them here several times & they tell me there is no leak. Contractor found the leak at the base of the floor and repaired it. No more smell. So do you think they would have taken any responsibility if my house would have blown up.

  Ashley and Matt do a great job making sure our business stays hot! No pun intended. We started our business with Hank (Matt's dad) and after 20+ yrs just had to replace furnaces. Zero maintenance and efficient service. The Johnston's keep us comfortable all year!
