  Jill Johnson Bigelbach's Law Practice was the best decision I made while going through my divorce. She was empathetic, understanding, and listened to me, which then she and her team put together a strategy for my case. I worked with Jill for 2+ years on my case, and she was always responsive, professional, and timely. When I had a question, she always took the time to connect with me to walk me through what the impacts and ramifications were.   Jill Johnson and her firm are professionals that also take the time to understand the needs of the people involved. She asks the tough questions to make sure that she is has good clarity of your position on different aspects of the divorce process. Even though I know that I am not, she made me feel like I was her only client. She told me what to expect and she was always very timely in getting back to me. Even though this dealt with the most painful experience in my adult life, I was very glad she was on my side to help me through it.

  June 15,2020 I have had the pleasure of working with Jill Johnson and her team for several years. She was my attorney for my divorce initially filled in 2005. The original settlement was fair and the attorney costs reasonable. More recently, Jill and her team were instrumental in a post-retirement modification of my spousal maintenance obligation. It was a financially complicated case. With her straight forward approach she was able to completely eliminate any further financial obligation to my ex-wife, and relieve me of additional costly life insurance premiums. In the courtroom, Jill’s oral arguments were accurate, concise and informative for all parties.   Jill Johnson, as well as her legal and support staff, could not have taken better care of me during my divorce. The day I met Jill I could barely get through a sentence without crying. On the day my divorce was finalized, I was able to hold my head held high. Our divorce was complicated. We not only had to settle custody of our children, but we also had to divide our family business entities and multiple assets. Jill was methodical and precise with her legal advice and always fought for my best interests. She was able to calm me down when I let my emotions get the best of me, but lifted me up when I felt like I wanted to cave. She is fair, honest and trustworthy. She was able to help me get what I deserved. I wouldn’t wish a divorce on anyone, but if it is inevitable, I would highly recommend Jill Johnson at Johnson Family Law!
