  Dr. Thomas and his team are top tier. He is the best dentist I've had in years. What sets Dr. Thomas apart is his devotion to preserving natural teeth. I recently had an issue where a cavity was hidden beneath a metal crown, making it difficult to see on X-rays. Instead of jumping to an expensive or unnecessary procedure, Dr. Thomas took the time to explore the area and correctly identify the issue that wasn't visible at first glance. This commitment to repair before replacement is something that is not seen often. The entire staff is knowledgeable, and your comfort and health are their first priority. If you suffer from dental anxiety, this is the office that will help you overcome it.

  Dr. James Martin is the absolute best dentist I’ve ever had! As someone who used to have severe dental anxiety and truly dreaded going to the dentist, I can honestly say I now look forward to my appointments. Dr. Martin and his team are phenomenal — kind, patient, and incredibly skilled. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable from start to finish. Both the James Island and Johns Island offices are beautiful, modern, and always welcoming. You can feel how much pride they take in caring for their patients. Dr. Martin takes time to explain everything, never rushes, and his gentle approach completely changed how I feel about dental care. If you’re looking for a dentist who is not only talented but genuinely cares, this is the place. I can’t recommend Dr. Martin and his amazing team enough!

  The staff, receptionist and dental hygienist were superb. Very kind and patient while being professional to the nines. And Dr Beaty is just simply fabulous. He was superb and just as nice as he can be. You can’t get a better team. Period

  Dr James Thomas is the absolute best!! He is the best dentist I have ever been to. He is a true perfectionist missing no details. He is clear in conveying any issues or concerns and I never wait more than a minute for any appointment. In addition, he and his staff are so personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I never dread my dental appointments as I had in the past. Book your next visit now! (He is also in their James Island office)
