They completed all the work I requested, and they also showed me that my engine air filter was dirty. They said they could have one in about 10-15 minutes if I’d like to wait. I said yes, and the air filter arrived in about 10 minutes and I was good to go. They even showed me where I had a bad axle seal. They gave me a quote, but told me I should check with my dealer first because they thought it should be covered under my drive-train warranty. Who does that? John’s Auto Pros does! And they were correct. I took my car to the dealer, told them what John’s had found, and the dealership confirmed that the repair would be covered under warranty. That’s honesty and integrity! I will never go anywhere else to have my auto serviced. Thank you, John’s Auto Pros!!!
