  9/11/2025: After my recent 4 night 5 day stay in the L'Auberge casino, I made an observation. No casino restaurants, unless high end, are that great. They know you will have to eat and probably don't want to leave the property, so there's no real incentive for them to be on their A game. Johnny Sanchez is no exception. We ate there twice during our stay. Why? Because it was convenient. Although the waitresses both times were nice, the service was snail slow. The tea tasted off because I think their water is not filtered. The food is bland. The options are good for breakfast, lunch, and sharables, but the food itself was subpar. I wouldn't have complained a bit if the speed of the service was at least quick. Not a fan of waiting in a super freezing cold restaurant.

  We started our Labor Day vacation with breakfast at Johnny Sanchez's in L’Auberge, and it was a fantastic experience. The food was excellent, but what truly stood out was the service. Trish provided phenomenal service—she was friendly, attentive, and a pleasure to talk to. She made us feel welcome and really added to the experience. Thanks again for a great start to our trip!   Had breakfast the last two Sundays at Johnny Sanchez. Both times Eden and Ed were our servers. They were awesome! They took our orders in a timely manner and we didn't have to wait for them to check on us. Great Service!! They are definitely an asset to your restaurant.
