  They were able to fit me in very quickly since we had an emergency. Very knowledgeable, located the problem and cleared it all up. Will definitely contact them again for future septic tank pumps and will tell neighbors to as well!

  I usually avoid writing negative reviews, especially without having received services, but my encounter with one of their employees at the scene of a car accident warranted it. Not only did Mr. Victor Eugenio Calderon cut me off and crash into my car as retaliation for what he claims I did to him, but when prompted to exchange information, he was highly aggressive to the point that the police officer on site had to ask him to step back. I advise anyone looking to do business with John Seek to be cautious of this employee, as he appears to be very short-tempered and extremely confrontational. Additionally, I have attached two photos for you to judge who cut who off. Hopefully, nobody experiences the same hostile environment that this man created with me, and any future car accidents will result in a more hospitable manner.

  I had been a loyal customer for years, but the service has seriously declined. Two years ago, a technician oddly blamed me for scheduling during rain, which is beyond a customer's control. This year, after scheduling a pumping, they failed to show up. I had to call three times to learn the truck had broken down, and we rescheduled—only for them to miss the second appointment as well, with no notice or follow-up. This level of unreliability is unacceptable. I will not be using this company again.
