I purchased one of the more expensive carpets from John for my house because I wanted it to hold up. BOY , DID IT ! It has been abused by 7 adults, 13 grandchildren and numerous dogs. I would never buy flooring anywhere else.

Within a year a section started to buckle it has been over 2 years of trying to get this company to honor their product and installation. They refuse to even respond. I do NOT recommend this company they do not stand by their product!!!!!
