  I have used John for my current home as well as many other potential homes that I have wanted to purchase. He is the most thorough and professional and friendliest home inspector ever! This past time he spent over four hours at my property, making sure that everything was inspected. He even had the resort done the next day. I love how he explained everything and made sure that I was comfortable with everything. He is also very reasonable and his pricing. I 100% trust John!!!!

  I highly recommend John Robinson’s inspection group. John was professional and pleasant. I appreciated his care and efficiency while he did the inspection at our potential home in Bird Rock. He expertly documented the inspection with photos and informative descriptions. I appreciate how he spent time answering all of our questions.

  If you’re selling your home — hire John Robinson! After losing two offers because of an exaggerated inspection report, my Realtor suggested we hire John Robinson / John Robinson's Inspection Group, and I’m so glad we did. With over 26 years of experience, he truly knows what he’s doing. He was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His report was fair, detailed, and realistic — he pointed out minor cosmetic things, but nothing blown out of proportion. You could tell he’s not out to scare people, just to give an honest, accurate assessment. If you’re planning to sell your home, I highly recommend doing your own inspection first — and John Robinson is absolutely the one to call. Having an experienced, reputable inspector like him can make all the difference and protect you from misleading reports that can cost you buyers.   What a joy to find him. He was very thorough and definitely one of the best inspector around. Check from the top to bottom and spent about four hours on the condo.We were looking at. He found things that I didn't even know was even possible. Very professional and awesome and realize that he's been in this business for a long time.So he's seen it all. Nothing can get past him so rest.Assured your home will be protected if you choose him.
