State Farm and the office of my agent, John Mach and associate Joan Morgan, were so helpful when my granddaughter's car was stolen and totaled while visiting in Northern Calif at the end of 2022. We live in So Calif and she has never had to file a claim before. Agents walked her thru remotely filing all the paperwork, from the claim and getting a rental car to getting her settlement to purchase a new car. Thank you, John, Joan and State Farm, the whole team took great care of her.

Have had State Farm insurance for my auto and home policies in Northern California and Socal with John Mach's office. I have 2 kids on my policy as well.
