  We can't recommend John enough! We needed to get fire escapes repaired and up to code on 2 South End brownstones quickly. FAST and fair estimate, excellent work, and worked with the city to get certification in the nick of time. I would recommend him to everyone who needs to get their fire escapes worked on, and we will be calling him again in 5 years to get them certified again! Thanks very much John!!

  I recently hired John to repair and paint my fire escape. Very pleased with the work, John was highly responsive and professional and had a crew working on the repairs within a week. Pricing was fair and he thoroughly explained what needed to be done. Highly recommend

  We had to repair the fire escape on a six unit condo. John was brilliant. His estimate was fair - a good price - and he and his crew, despite a certain amount of neighborly interference, did an excellent job in double-quick time. I can't imagine a better experience.
