  We recently had insulation installed by John Betlem. The team leader, Braden Dufrane, was amiable, efficient, professional, hard working and addressed any concerns we had. Joe French, a team member, spray foamed inside areas of the basement and pulled out all his equipment to spray an area that was missed. Ryan Thurly, a team member, along with the other workers worked carefully to remove 80 year old clapboards, Everyone was pleasant, efficient, had a great workflow to complete this job and explained anything we asked about.

  My water heater was broken two days ago and I called for service yesterday. A technician came to my house today in the late afternoon around 4 pm. But he still was able to arrange everything and brought a new heater for replacement. I didn't expect that he could get the work done in the same day, but he made it happen, even though he had to work till evening. His name is Hunter Watkins in Rochester, NY (or Penfield NY) and I highly recommend John Betlem and Hunter for your house.

  Mike Parchus from Betlam came out to do our yearly maintainence on our heating and cooling appliances. Even though both units are ancient (our air conditioning unit is older than he is!), he knew everything about them and got right to work. He answered all of my questions, showed me how to use our in-line humidifier, and was very pleasant and professional. Very cool young man. He dug deep into both heating and cooling units, and both being so old, it wasn't a surprise that he found multiple issues with each. Not only did he explain in detail what the issues were and what was required to resolve them, he emailed me an 11-page detailed report with photos indicating where the issues were - within a half hour of driving away! We are SO pleased with Betlam. They've done HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing work for us and our home is all the better for it. And the cost is always reasonable! Thank you, Mike! Thank you, Betlam!

  Outstanding service from start to finish! Dylan Hawkins went above and beyond in every aspect of customer experience. He was punctual, professional, and treated my home with great respect. What impressed me most was the exceptional communication—he explained the maintenance process, answered all my questions patiently, and provided helpful tips for system care. Dylan made me feel valued as a customer, not just another appointment. This is the gold standard for service, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. I hope Dylan becomes the next CEO of John Betlem.

  My wife and I were amazed at the professionalism of the John Betlem staff. We replaced our old furnace and AC. The price was competative, but most importantly, the explanatiions and options were very well described and explained. The installation prosess was flawless. Our installers, Shamus and Max were especially courteous and more importnantly very competent and professional They explained how to use our new furnace, AC and the new thermostat. They were patient with us, explaining everything very thoughtfully. It was a pleasure. While no one really enjoys having to buy a new furnace and AC unit becuse of the cost, it makes the necessity of replacment soi much more acceptable when you know you have people who listen, understand your needs, and guide you through the extire process; sales to installation. PS: We have been equally happy with the annual service we get from John Betlem. Their serviuce staff have been most accomodating, porfessional and a plaesure to work with. Bravo! Dan and Peg Talany
