I chose this shop based on a referral from the local BMW dealership and friends, but my experience was far from what I expected.
From the start, communication was a problem. It took a week and multiple follow-ups just to schedule a simple windshield replacement and recalibration — despite me providing photos and handling the insurance process myself promptly. I often had to call or text to get updates, and more than once, promised call-backs never happened.
Prior to dropping the vehicle off, Bryan and I had agreed to use BMW OEM glass. Upon pickup, I learned this was not done and that they used what my insurance preferred instead — despite me confirming with multiple insurance reps that I could use any shop and any glass.
I also never received a call that my car was ready; I had to call to find out. When I picked it up, there were clear quality-control issues:
A random plastic piece left on the center console
Glue residue on the exterior A-pillars
Wipers with visible residue
I understand the car can’t be washed immediately due to adhesive cure times, but a quick wipe-down and check before delivery should be standard.
While the work appears functional, the delays, miscommunication, deviation from agreed parts, and lack of attention to detail made this a disappointing experience. Hopefully, this feedback helps improve their process going forward, but based on this visit, I will not be returning to this location.
