I have been with Joe O'Conner for 20 years.....pretty much since he started. I stay with him and his employees because they are local and so customer focused. It is lovely to be able to visit with real folks right in Prior Lake.
I met with Joe's colleague Jeff Stein a month ago for a full review. He was very transparent and honest, and we reduced my home owner policy (responsibly) by about $1000 a year. Jeff was an excellent agent and spent 90 minutes with me reviewing my policies without upsell.
SW Twin Cities folks....I have no connection here. I've had one major hail storm at our home which was covered, along with the usual glass and fender benders on the cars. Never a problem.

I’ve been with this office since 2020. They’ve handled my renters, auto, and homeowners insurance. They have always been super helpful in answering any questions I have and assisting me with choosing my coverage. I recently had to file a claim for the first time, and they have been a great help walking me through everything. Jeff, in the office, has been awesome at getting me quick answers to anything that has come up over the years. If you are looking for a local State Farm office, I’d have no issue recommending this one.
