I came to them after experiencing a major water leak in my 2023 Nissan Rogue with just 33,000 miles. Water was pouring in through the passenger-side light fixture and soaking my leather seat and floorboard—yet Nissan refused to take real responsibility, blaming it on "blocked sunroof drain lines" and suggesting it was due to negligence. Joe Hudson’s went above and beyond to get to the bottom of the issue. Justin was the first person who actually listened to my concerns and took them seriously. The team spent countless hours carefully disassembling and inspecting my vehicle, and they ultimately discovered the problem was due to a faulty seal around the car’s frame—not clogged drains. They documented everything with a detailed report and photos—and didn’t charge me a dime. I’m incredibly grateful to Justin, Marinda, the mechanics, and the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion during a time when I felt dismissed and ignored elsewhere.
