    I had an amazing experience with Christopher. I received updates at every stage of the repair, and the cost of the repair was broken down line by line and presented transparently. Christopher also handled all communication with the insurance company and rental car agency. I recommend Joe Hudson's Collision Center in general, and the Arden location specifically.

    Have to give this repair shop a 5 star rating. They were professional from the first phone call. They stayed in contact with me on updates. I never once worried about the timeline due to them being proactive with a status update. The car came back cleaner than when I left it. If I ever need (I pray not) a repair facility, I will be using them again!!
