Joe Hudson Collision Center in Galveston treated me with disrespect, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism throughout the repair process. From the moment I walked in, I was met with cold attitudes and dismissive responses. It felt like I had to push just to be acknowledged, let alone get proper answers. Concerns I brought up were brushed off or denied without any real explanation. Only after I got my insurance adjuster involved did they finally agree to address them. When I picked up the car, I realized a basic repair had been left incomplete, and no one told me. I followed up and was told, very casually, that they didn’t know how to fix it. No apology. No plan to resolve it. I also noticed a minor but obvious new issue with the car, and again, they brushed it off and told me I could take care of it myself. The entire experience made me feel like I wasn’t being taken seriously, and to be honest, like I wasn’t welcome there. Whether it was just indifference or something deeper, it was hard not to notice the tone shift in how I was treated. If you expect to be treated with respect and basic professionalism, take your car somewhere else. UPDATE: Ended up having to have the entirety of their repairs redone at a different shop that noticed the parts Joe Hudson replaced/removed were poorly aligned and loose. DO NOT GO HERE.
