  I chose Dave Gambol as my realtor because of his strong sense of professionalism, market knowledge and genuine interest in helping me find the right home. What I valued most about Dave was his responsiveness and attention to detail. Dave was proactive in keeping me informed each step of the process.   Trevor Gill helped us find and purchase the right home as we were moving to Louisville from out of state. His availability and politeness made us feel like we were his only clients during the busiest time of year for buying and selling homes. Our circumstances during the process provided multiple obstacles along the way, but Trevor was an expert at problem solving and seemed to enjoy the challenge. He works tirelessly to provide the best for his buyers. Four months after our closing date, we had an issue with our home warranty. Once again, Trevor was available and willing to help take care of everything and get the situation resolved. His willingness to serve, local knowledge, alacrity, and expertise make him an outstanding real estate professional.

  Recently, I switched career paths and took a new job. This required my wife and I (and our 6 month old daughter) to relocate from California to Kentucky. We did not know the area, or have any close friends to help show us around. Turns out, we didn't any of that. All we needed was Mike Gibson and the Joe Hayden Team. With the help of people like Mike Gibson and Sally Hall the relocation process went as smooth as it possibly could have. Mike's experience and knowledge of the Louisville area made it easy on my wife and I to filter out hundreds of homes and focus our limited time on the homes that we knew would meet all of our wants and needs. We have been living in our new home for just over a month now and we are thrilled to be a part of our new neighborhood. I strongly recommend the Joe Hayden Team and specifically Mike Gibson. The professionalism and attention to detail that they displayed was superb. They treated us like one of their own.

  While many real estate agents feel the need to upsell clients, Anne Hayden uses her expertise for the benefit of the people she works with. Unlike some other agents, she listened to what we needed and wanted during our 400-mile move and worked until we found it. Beth and I found her nothing but honest and helpful during our home search. When we go to put our home on the market the next time, the first agent we're going to reach out to will be Anne!
