  Michelle Ezzell has been fantastic in understanding recent changes to our property and identifying policy discounts that helped reduce our premium. She also assisted in navigating and following up on all the underwriting documentation needed for the central alarm and utility discounts. I've been a State Farm customer for over 20 years, and since our policy was reassigned to Joe Freund's office this past year, I've been extremely pleased with the level of service—especially Michelle's professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
