My experience was superb! Ethan asked a bunch of questions and read current policies to make sure that I had the right coverage. He returned my calls quickly! Was VERY helpful!! So excited to have an agent and policy that I can count on!

I signed on for both homeowners and auto insurance with State Farm though Joe Breen (though never talked to him directly).
I closed on my first home on Sept 12. On Sept 24, they called me to tell me they were cancelling on me, effective immediately, due to the state of my roof. It wasn't until a day or two later that they called back to tell me that actually my insurance was effective through end of October to give me time to make adjustments or find new insurance... but there was a period of time where they left me under the impression I was completely cut from the insurance policy I had signed onto, which was a stressful position to find myself in as a first time home owner.
I had a roofing specialist come to look at my roof and he suggested cutting a few branches down but was shocked that any insurance company wouldn't move forward with my house due to the roof as it was in fine condition (for reference: my house was built in 1940s and the roof was last replaced ~10-13 years ago).
This experience certainly took some days of joy out of my first experience purchasing a home and left me questioning this team's professionalism and consideration for their clients. Their decision to cancel on me 12 days post closing came across purely transactional and self serving. I am not sure why they didn't do their due diligence on the home prior to signing me onto a plan if they take such a stringent approach... it seemed like they just wanted to win the business without consideration for the relationship or person behind it.
It posed the question: if State Farm / Joe's team is going to be this challenging to work with now, how hard are they going to make things for me if I'm ever in a situation where I need their support on a reasonable claim?
I do hope others experiences working with this team are different, but I felt it was important to share mine for others to consider when selecting an insurance *partner* to work with.
