  Joe has managed my property for the last 3 years. I can’t say enough about how professional and attentive he is to handle all aspects of what he does. He listens to my needs and helps me troubleshoot issues if they arise. I live out of state and feel totally confident my property is being taken care of.   Awsome place to live , you can always get intouch with the property management and Joe is awsome no matter what time or day he always responds and when it come to maintenance there always very good and keep your life in mind and always schedule appointments when best for for you!!!!

  We recently had the pleasure of working with Joe for selling a condo and buying a house. From day 1, Joe was extremely responsive and had great suggestions for homes to view based on what we were looking for. All throughout the negotiations and closing Joe was there quickly handling any issues that may have risen. We were also impressed with Joe's professionalism and his genuine interest in assuring we were satisfied with our final decision on our new place.
