Replaced water heater and installed new water softener system. Honest, responsible, and respectful. Explained what needed to be done, and did the work. Local company, that doesn't try to fear sell or upsell to line their pockets, just straight honest answers and hard work.
Thank Zach!!!

I recently needed service at Superior Outdoor Products and turned to J.M. Lapp, who has proven to be a dependable company for all our commercial plumbing needs. We had a few slow restroom drains, so I asked them to check and service all the drains in our restrooms and sinks.
I specifically requested Matt King, since he had completed a few other projects for us in the past. Once again, he earned my complete trust. Matt is efficient, gets the work done quickly, and always has the right tools and knowledge for the job. He is very professional and respectful when interacting with our associates, which makes the process smooth and stress-free.
I highly recommend J.M. Lapp and especially Matt King for any plumbing service needs.
We worked with JMLapp a few years ago when they installed a HVAC system in our home. While the cost was high then, we completely understood as it was a brand new system and they were very professional and great to work with. Unfortunately, just a month ago the system completely failed and even though it’s still under warranty, we were shocked to receive a bill of over $2,000 after they fixed it for us. I reached out to the company to better understand why the cost was so high as their invoice had no detailed explanation. When I called them I was told to leave a message and that I would hear back, but I never received a call back. We are extremely disappointed with both the unexpected expense and the lack of communication/clarification, and I cannot see us working with JMLapp again in the future.
