  Just wanted to be sure to give credit where credit is due. Michael Vice at JL Phelps was great to work with. We had a lot of little things going on with a remodel of a laundry room and two bathrooms Michael brought it all together. He was enjoyable and a pleasure to work with as was the office staff with any calls made and being kept updated on Michael's comings and goings. I would highly recommend JLPhelps and specifically ask for Michael.

  I had a sewer main backup for my commercial building in Round Rock. JL Phelps Plumbing sent out a technician right away. Met me at my convenience to run a camera to show me what the problems were. Gave me a great bid and then took it from there. The repair involved digging up the main line on part of a busy street and they worked with the City to get permits and complete the project. They handled the repair professionally and with minimum disruption to my tenants and their customers. I highly recommend this company.

  JL Phelps Plumbing is truly a great company. I've used them, recommended to family and friends all over Austin. The staff is always friendly and goes out of their way to make your experience as nice as possible. The plumbing technicians are really great at what they do and always take care to wear shoe cover and clean up any mess created during a repair. Their programs are great because they come to your house annually to inspect all our plumbing systems... including water heaters, gas lines, drains, sewer, etc. And if/when there's a problem, they go out of their way to get it fixed. That's almost unheard of in today's service industry. I will recommend JL Phelps anytime.
