I was very impressed with the extra detail they go to in communication prior to arriving, including sending a photo of the employee that is coming to your home. They also take multiple photos of the work done to add notes to your file for future reference. These are also sent to the client. I would highly recommend JL Mechanical for heating/ac needs.
