Once in our store I was told it couldn’t be done (I already explained what needed to be done previously so was confused why he showed up if they couldn’t do it). He piddled on my computer for over an hour then left not having done what he came to do. Surprised when I got a bill for $150 for NOTHING. Showing up isn’t cool if you can’t do what needs to be done. Used two other PC companies since this fiasco with no problems what JKCSI had shown lost me and my two employees as future customers. The haughty attitude and lack of ethics are undeserving of my money, time, and privacy.

They take care of all of our small business computer needs including our network as well as consult with us for all software, etc., upgrades and updates. Have also used them for repairs on our personal laptops. All phone or email inquiries are answered within a minimal amount of time and they have infinite patience with our many questions and mistakes. Couldn't operate without them and highly recommend their services!
