  Shannon was great to work with. She was so nice and responded to my questions very quickly via email and really helped me customize my homeowners policy exactly how I wanted it. I am pending a transfer of my auto insurance from another agent to this office, and Shannon has been great in keeping me updated throughout the process and making sure everything goes smoothly for me. 10/10 overall customer service, and really helped me build trust with them!

  Tammy did a great job of explaining why I was getting a series of Email and texts regarding my insurance policies in a very polite and knowledgeable manner. It was a pleasure dealing with her. She will be my "go to" person in the future! Great job!

  My daughter was rear ended last week. She’s okay. Our agent Tammy assisted us with filing the claim. She was very thorough in explaining everything to us that we needed to do. She is such a Great agent. She has always assisted me when I’ve had questions. She also is great at returning phone calls if you have to leave a message. I highly recommend her if you or anyone you know needs insurance.
