The staff has No clue what they are doing by phone, you have to go inside to wait over an hour to ask a question to STILL GET NO ANSWER FROM JIMMY MCELOROY JUST A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE AND HE WONT LISTEN AND WILL TRY TO TALK OVER YOU.. These ppl will file whatever they want even when you so NO.. and try to tell you about what you KNOW YOU’VE PAYED with PROOF IN THEIR FACES and still say that it’s late???????? Even with proof (they HATE TO BE WRONG) .its been a real nightmare and I’ll tell you this YOU WILL BE OUT OF MORE MONEY THAN SAVED.. DONT GO TO THEM IM WARNING YOU ITS A HUGGGGGE MESS OVER THERE..DONT GOOOOO PLEASE DONT DO IT..especially if you have a mortgage.. They’re Going to Screw You Up and OVER….OUR MORTGAGE WAS NEVER LATE NOW IT IS SINCE THEY ADDED IT AFTER my husband said NO.. HE SAID NOT TO ADD it and was Checked on the list to Not ADD IT…THESE PPL ARE CROOKS AND DONT KNOW ANYTHING.. They have been giving my husband the run around to go back to court and drop the house (it’s like Jimmy got and had an attitude but I caught one too when he kept trying to convince Me we was late and I’M the one that pays it EVERY MONTH and showed that fool My bank statement where it was paid..all I’m a say is You have been warned don’t do it ppl they’re going to make matters worser for you especially if you have mortgages they’re going to sneak it in without your knowledge DONT DO IT
