  I took my car in to have the ignition replaced. It was there for nearly a month. There was miscommunication about the keys. When I went in to complain after finally getting my car back and see what options were available to fix it, I was repeatedly told by the service manager Susan, that the key that I received was explained to me thoroughly. It was not! I was not allowed to speak withou repeatedly being rudely interupted. I was berated and insulted by her in the middle of the srevice department in front of other employees and customers. The only option I was given to satisfy my problem was to put the old broken part back in, and was told by her "that's how you brought it in". NEVER AGAIN will I take my car here as long as she is service manager. She doesn't deserve the lowest star I can give her. The most unprofessioal encounter I have ever had.

  Quick and easy warranty repair. Part took a while to come in but that’s Honda’s fault, not Jim Skinner.
