  Unfortunately my jacket and pants fit was too big. Several others in the wedding party had similar issue with the fitting being too big or too small. I got my measurements done at Jos a bank, very reputable tailor so was disappointed with the result. Not worth $180 in my opinion. And that was the bulk discounted price.

  At first I was apprehensive about renting online, and unfortunately when the suit arrived the fit was pretty rough. JFW made it right and overnighted me a suit and I was very impressed with how quickly it got here. Everything was much better. My only real criticism is that if you really nit picked everything, you can see that these items have been altered dozens of times. Overall pretty pleased with how things went

  The suit was great but the girl who measured all the guys at the bridal store was awful. Four out of five suits did not fit. It was a waste of time to have her measure the guys when her measurements were so inaccurate.

  Used the picture fit and most of the sizes were off. By the time I was able to try them on it was too late to exchange. I had also gotten the wrong dress shirt and had to trade with another groomsman. I recommend getting professionally measured or measured in person in the future. Otherwise good luck

  Jim's Formal Wear made renting suits for our wedding SO EASY. Our local shop helped set our event page up, and everything was right there. The groom and groomsmen all live in different places. We had the men get measured in person and manually enter their information. The suits arrived with no issues. Then for the return, we sent three of the four suits back in one single box. My now husband accidently didn't return the rental receipts with the suits, and it wasn't an issue at all. I took a picture of them, emailed, and it was all good to go. Great customer service!
