  Called and was greeted with a hello. No business name or anything. I had to ask if it was jims electric. Then I got connected with a lazy electrician who had zero interest in helping me out, even though he more than likely could have very easily. I wouldn't call this place if it was an emergency and they were the only electrician around. I'd rather be electrocuted.

  I couldn't have asked for better service, Dave (the electrician from Jim's) did amazing work and was an all around great guy! Very pleasant to talk to and kept me informed as to what was happening with the issue. I will definitely be recommending Jim's in the future!

  Jesse Grant and his crew have worked on both Large and small projects for me over the last 2 years and I have always been very impressed with the quality of their work, their willingness to fit me into their busy schedule, and the professionalism their employees have shown while performing their work during my recent home remodeling and past projects.   I strongly encourage anyone in the Brainerd lakes area to use any other electrician. It’s a total hassle getting on the schedule, getting the work completed correctly and getting the billing corrected. If you like wasting time and being grossly overcharged go nuts. We’ve used them for many, many years and are now done.
