They were absolutely terrific in helping me make my claim and making sure I was paid promptly and fairly. Kudos to Jim and his staff. As far as I am concerned they are the best around.

Recently I had an unenviable experience when State Farm incorrectly sent a letter to the CT DMV saying that I had not paid my car insurance. Therefore, they cancelled my car registration without my knowledge or permission. I spent untold time online trying to get this issue resolved. No action was taken until Lucy sent a letter to the DMV stating that I had always paid my insusrance. Lucy also made an appointment with the DMV in Bridgeport to help clean up this mess. Kudos to Lucy for her kindness and knowledge about the challenges of dealing with the DMV.
