  I should have left this review a long time ago! Firstly, their team was amazing to work with. Shoutout to Caleb, who was a great project engineer to work with. I was in need of a new air conditioning unit, as my old one broke down in the middle of summer. I was set on a new A/C unit, until Caleb patiently introduced me to the idea of a heat pump. He answered all of my texts and calls in a timely and thoughtful manner. In the end, it made more sense with the rebates that were available at the time. That said, their quotes were also very reasonable and competitive against others I reached out to. Secondly, they go above and beyond. Their customer service team was very respectful and helpful. Their technicians were knowledgeable, professional, and made an intentional effort to keep my house clean in spite of all the work that needed to be done. Lastly, they really take care of you. Based on the size of my house, I was quoted a certain heat pump size. But as the system struggled to maintain temperature setpoints, they sized up my system at no additional cost. They could have easily asked for more but they chose to honor the original agreement. I cannot recommend Jim Needham enough.

  Called regarding loss of all propane power and they said they couldn't make it same day so we said we'd keep looking. Then they said "wait we can be there between 3-5" When we Called at 4:45 they said they'd come in a few days. Rude needing our business so bad they'd leave us without heat, hot water, gas stove etc. Not slightest urgency on what danger might be happening. Called American Propane at 5 on Friday night they said they'd be there in an hour.

  Nolan did A fantastic job. He called beforehand to tell me what time he’d be here and then showed up exactly at that time. We discussed exactly what he would be doing and the chronology of the work and then he went about getting the work done. He stopped periodically to let me know what I could expect. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area extremely well. I was very pleased with the work done and how quickly he was able to accomplish it. He even took the time to shake out my entry rug, even though it wasn’t necessary! I would highly recommend them.

  I just had my first experience with the Jim Needham team and I was extremely impressed! My technician, Ben, was a true professional. Not only was he highly skilled and intelligent about his craft, but he was able to simplify my HVAC issues so even a dummy like me could fully understand. There was zero bs or confusing sales pitches , and because of that I will only use Jim Needham and Ben as my technicians moving forward!

  This review is LONG overdue: I have used Jim Needham for ALL my plumbing needs and I will continue to do so. They have saved me from numerous problems and problem contractors in the area. Their work is outstanding and they are great to deal with! I called them originally when I had to step in and fix some previous damage and poor work from a previous contractor. They were honest! They worked fast and they were clean! They didn't leave any mess, and they were very respectful. They are the only company I want in my home and they are the only ones I trust that won't rip me off or waste my time. I highly recommend this company over anyone else in the area. They are amazing
